Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 packet Street Taco Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef
1 Tbsp. Tex-Mex Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 can (341 mL) corn
1 red pepper, diced
2 green onions, chopped
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 bag nacho cheese flavoured tortilla chips
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and Street Taco Dip & Cheeseball Mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and season with Tex Mex Fajita Seasoning Mix; set aside. In a large bowl place corn, red pepper, green onions, seasoned ground beef and shredded lettuce. When ready to serve spoon prepared dip mix over the lettuce mixture, and mix until combined, add 2 cups crushed nacho cheese flavoured tortilla chips and top with grated cheese.
